Privacy Policy

The Peterborough young people’s sexual health prevention service (provided by Everyone Health) is committed to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation and will not use any information we may hold about you for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.

You will be asked to fill in information about yourself on the C-Card applications provided by Appify, e.g. when filling in a form. Appify will in turn comply with their own Terms and conditions, see link. Information will only be used for the purpose stated in each case.

We will not distribute personal information collected in this way to any third party, other than in limited cases where it is bound by law to do so. Under no circumstances is your data used for anything other than the purpose for which it has been collected.

We may analyse statistical trends based on responses to forms etc, to help to improve services; however, this analysis will not include identifiable personal information.
